Shipping Policy

Shipping of credit card orders are subject to credit card approval. Shipping of purchase orders are subject to approval of Ryder’s head office.

Timelines

Turnaround times are subject to available inventory at time of approved order being received. If an item is in stock an order will be shipped from fulfillment facility within 3 business days of receipt of order. If an item is not in stock please allow approximately 10 business days before shipping. Shipping times will vary. All shipments are made via Canada Post unless otherwise indicated or required.
Please note, Men’s and Ladies Soft Shell Jackets with embossed logo require a ten(10) business day turnaround, plus shipping time.
